This workshop is designed for foreigners who are moving to Italy for study or work and want to adjust to Italian life. It is useful for people of any age.
The face-to-face workshop in Milan lasts 4 hours and is offered to groups of maximum 10 participants.

The course covers:
- paperwork and documents for visas and permits of stay
- getting a fiscal code and opening a bank account
- finding a doctor and dentist
- how to find an apartment/house and how to set up utilities, etc.
- how and where to find a job
- common difficulties encountered when transitioning to life in Italy - culture shock (e.g. hours at the post office, buying stamps from the tobacconist, public transit strikes, weighing your fruit, shop hours, etc.)
- how to find the international communities and events in your area
- how to manage your income: taxes, accountants, banks
- practical advice from CKG's 12 years of experience living and working in Milan
- Face-to-face participants will receive 1 complementary hour of personalized support with CKG during the month following the workshop, in person or by phone, email, Skype (a €50 value absolutely free).
